About
whoamiI'm Hossam. I've spent more than twelve years building enterprise platforms, six of them at IBM, where I went from building archiving and workflow systems to leading the delivery teams.
Today I work where records management meets AI: document intelligence on IBM FileNet, governed AI agents that work with a business's own systems, and speech recognition for Omani Arabic.
I also take care of what keeps AI reliable in production: monitoring, cost control, rate limits and human review.

- Own the EDRMS solution end to end: product roadmap, architecture, integrations and the AI capabilities built into it.
- Content IQ: document intelligence on IBM FileNet content: classification, extraction, questions over documents, version comparison and review agents.
- Agentra SSL: a governed, multi-tenant AI agent builder with English and Arabic interfaces, an audit trail and 223 ready-made integrations.
- AI Meeting Intelligence: speaker recognition with human review, and an Omani Arabic speech model I fine-tuned on a 40-hour dataset I built.
- Lead technical pre-sales, demos and training, and AI enablement across engineering and delivery.

- Bank-wide document archiving, workflow and case management, archiving integrated with ERP systems, archive migration and platform modernisation.
